Workshop Outline:
This workshop will enable local producers to learn the systems and processes required to determine the cost of production for a wool focussed enterprise. A local wool enterprise will be the case study where their data will be fed into livestock schedules, gross margins and marketing summaries which will make the CoP Calculation much easier. Once the cost of production has been calculated strategies and tactics for improvement will be explored along with the calculation of the enterprise benchmarks and key performance indicators.
